Nautilus Middle School students have been very busy this year, with various STEM Science Competitions. Science STEM Club and science students have been working in environmental and conservation of energy & water all year. Through these lessons and labs, they have designed and created a garden at the school, using raised beds and terracing. Through grant awards and county science competitions, these students created a PSA Video and submitted it to Fairchild Challenge Program for middle school competition. Community service projects by students in this public school are encouraging Nautilus Middle School students living in Miami Beach learn how to garden with our on-site garden lab and applications of soil and water conservation activities.
